Olen jo pitkään miettinyt, että meidän valmennuksesta puuttuu jotain oleellista. Alkuhan on ”tehokas painonpudotuspaketti”, sisältäen mainiot ohjeet laihdutukseen – vaikkapa aika nopeaankin sellaiseen. Ja tietysti ohjeilla ja opeilla pärjää mainiosti loppuelämänkin. Ruokavalio on aina ollut meidän ydinjuttu. Nyt mukana on myös Tehostartti, eli kahdelle viikolle valmis ateriasuunnitelma resepteineen. Ja tietenkin Alku sisältää aina yhteisön jäsenyyden, joka jatkuu valmennuksen päätyttyäkin.

Uutta on kuitenkin ALKUVOIMAA-treeniosuus. Nämä treenit eivät ole millään tavalla ”pakollisia”, eikä liity suoranaisesti painonpudotukseen. Liikunta-, ja treeniosuus on mukana samaan hintaan, eli valmennus on yhtä edullinen kuin ennenkin (ennakkoon 79 €).

Voit hyvin ns. laihtua ilman liikuntaa kuten Alussa aina.

Terveyden ja toimintakyvyn kannalta liikunta on kuitenkin erittäin suositeltavaa ja tokihan se helpottaa elämäntapamuutoksen tekemistä. Tämä ei ole puuskuttavaa pakkotreenausta, koska sellainen loppuu usein lyhyeen. Sen sijaan voit valita meidän ”liikuntapiirakasta” itsellesi mieleiset viikoittaiset liikkumiset.

Tietysti hieman on hyvä ottaa myös ”sitä pahaa”, tiedättekö niinkuin lapsillekin sanotaan, että on syötävä lautasen reunalta myös ne kasvikset, niin aikuisen kannattaa myös vaikkapa venytellä vaikka ei siitä niin välittäisikään. Jollekin lihaskuntotreeni voi olla vastenmielistä, mutta silti sitä pitäisi edes pikkuisen tehdä. Näihin saat ohjeet videoineen!

Ja toisaalta: liikunnan hyvää tekevä vaikutus on välitön. Se auttaa myös ruokavalion kanssa, koska liikkuminen tuo rytmiä ja ryhtiä kehoon ja tekemiseen. Mutta mitään pakkotreenejä tähän ei tule, kyllä paras tekeminen perustuu kuitenkin vapaaehtoisuuteen ja siihen, että asiat on mielekkäitä.

Pahoja ruokia ei myöskään ole tiedossa: joskus kuulee laihdutusruoista, että ”tämä menee alas”, mutta meillä ruokavalion saa suunnitella itse mieleisekseen raamien pohjalta. Siksi se on niin nerokas!
